WEB SITES
Check with your school's tech supervisor for Web
access. Many schools have their own server and space available but
don't make it readily available.
If no district space is available, check with
the county library system, the local city or township and the county board
of education to see if they will provide space or can recommend a free
site.
Plan the purpose of the page and intended audience.
Visit other Guidance sites to get ideas.
Keep your plans simple.
Make your site unique to your school.
Plan your Index (home page) carefully. Your
home page is important as it should capture your readers' attention, make
your main points and provide links to related pages.
Separate your content into categories and unfold
your story through links to related pages.
